For most bands, touring in the dead of an Ontario winter is not something to be considered, let alone attempted, but Toronto’s CRAWL aren't like most bands and in early 2015 they are going to prove it by playing six-shows in nine days stretching almost the entire length of Hwy. 401. CRAWL’s aptly named “Winter 401-derland Tour” begins with a return to Sarnia on Jan. 30 followed by dates in Windsor, London, Toronto, Belleville and wrapping up in Ottawa on Feb. 7. All dates feature local acts opening. The tour is in support of the ‘Anticipate the Fall’ EP which was released this past summer to favourable reviews and features on several international hard rock and metal podcasts. Since the EP’s release, the band has played shows in Ontario and Quebec and has already written new material for its next release. Check out CRAWL this winter on the following dates: Friday, Jan. 30 – Sarnia @ The Trinity Lounge Saturday, Jan. 31 – Windsor @ Dominion House Tuesday, Feb. 3 – London @ Call the Office Thursday, Feb. 5 – Toronto @ Cherry Cola Friday, Feb. 6 – Belleville @ Belle Pub Saturday, Feb. 7 – Ottawa @ Avant-Garde Bar |
