Blog author: Alex Stojanovic It's been a six years since we heard new music from W.A.S.P, but the good news is that the band have signed a new recording contract with Austria's Napalm Records, and have a new album coming out this year. The new album entitled Golgotha is due for release this August, and will be the band's first album of all new material since 2009's Babylon. No further details about Golgotha have been released yet, but keep your eyes open for more details over the coming months. Leader Blackie Lawless stated about the new deal: "W.A.S.P. are excited to announce they have signed an exclusive recording contract with Napalm Records. We chose Napalm for their personal belief and professional commitment to our career. We're looking forward to years of great success together starting with the release of our upcoming album 'Golgotha". |
