Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine Announce 2025 U.K Tour Celebrating 20th Anniversaries of "Ascendancy" and "The Poison", Both Albums To Be Played In Full

It's pretty wild to know that it will be 20 years since it was 2005 next year, and while we're on the subject, two metal bands that took the metal world by storm at that time were Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine when they released Ascendancy and The Poison that year.  Both albums are now considered classics for the new generation just like Master Of Puppets, Rust In Peace, Reign In Blood and Number Of The Beast were for the previous generation.

As a result, there is no better way to celebrate the milestone of these two iconic records and give back to the fans than by playing them live in full.  Think about it, Ascendancy and The Poison played in full!  Now, THAT's a smokin' night out! 

​Now, the two bands confirmed in a press conference in London that it will be a "World" tour, but to start things off, the tour will kick off in the U.K in January 2025, and will be happening in arenas, which makes complete sense, given that both bands are huge in the U.K and where they got their big breaks back in the day (no surprise because Bullet is British)

Aptly titled The Poisoned Ascendancy Tour, the tour will give fans a chance to hear some of the awesome deep cuts like "Declaration", "Departure", "Hit The Floor" and "Cries In Vain".  The run will kick off in Cardiff, Wales on January 26 (Matt Heafy's birthday) and conclude on Feb 2 at the legendary O2 Arena in London, with further world tour dates to come later.  Tickets go on sale next Friday, March 1 at 10 AM local time.  This is guaranteed to be one of 2025's biggest metal tours.
