Here's a double-dose of news from Sons Of Apollo, the new prog metal supergroup featuring Mike Portnoy, Billy Sheehan, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, Derek Sherinian and Jeff Scott Soto. 

The first bit of news is that they have released a new music video for the track "Alive", which comes from their debut album Psychotic Symphony, which just came out in October.  You can check out the video down below.

The second bit of news is that the band have revealed a second batch of North American headline tour dates, which will take place in the spring from mid-April to mid-May.  They've already completed the first leg of the tour, with more extensive touring planned for this year. 

Before the second North American leg, the band will travel to Latin America at the start of April for a run of shows, and following the North American tour will be a run across Europe with headline and festival stops from June into September.

Tickets for the newly announced North American leg go on sale this Thursday, February 22nd at 12 PM EST!  The tour will begin on April 19th in Montreal and wrap up on May 19th in Worcester.  You can see the complete list of dates below.
