Saxon Announces 23rd Studio Album

The legends are back!  After a tough couple of years with both Covid, and a heart attack that resulted in a quadruple bypass surgery, Saxon have announced the details regarding their 23rd... yes 23rd, studio album.  The album is titled Carpe Diem, and will be released on February 4, 2022.  The album is available for pre-order now at this location, and the first single is available for streaming down below.

The album's artwork, created by Paul R. Gregory, and the track listing can be seen down below.  If I may add, the cover artwork carries the vibe of a classic Saxon album.  Saxon are now 4 decades into their career, and they're still pumping out potent, high velocity metal, and are showing no sign of slowing down, so that deserves all the applause and respect in the world.  When you listen to them, they are not sounding old at all.  They're always sounding young and fresh.
