Blog author: Alex Stojanovic It was just a year ago that Savage Messiah released their latest album Hands Of Fate, and just last month, they announced that they were already in the studio recording their next album. Today, the band have announced that the recording process is officially complete and the album is now off to be mixed and mastered, and is expected to be released in February 2019 through Century Media Records. On this new album, the band worked with a new production team with David Castillo producing and Jens Bogren mixing, and they recorded the album at Fascination Street Studios in Stockholm, Sweden, making this the first album the band made outside of the U.K. |
For the past year, drummer Andrea Gorio was absent from the band due to unforeseen circumstances. As a result, the band recruited drummer Ali Richardson from Bleed From Within to fill in for the band's touring commitments, but in a video update regarding the recording of the new album, Ali is seen rehearsing with the band in the studio, which makes it pretty obvious that he's the band's official drummer right now.
Keep your eyes and ears for more updates regarding the new Savage Messiah record. Looking forward to hearing it.
