 | Blog author: Alex Stojanovic As if the upcoming Rush shows at the Air Canada Centre on June 17th and 19th haven't gotten us jumping with excitement already, the band have made an announcement that has gotten us jumping with excitement even more. The two sold out nights will be professionally filmed and recorded for a future live CD/DVD release. The band is currently trekking across the continent on their R40 tour, which we all heard will be their last tour sadly, but they haven't ruled out continuing to make records and doing maybe a week of shows in venues like Massey Hall and Radio City Music Hall, so all hope is not lost with seeing Rush live again at some point. It's also fitting that they film their last tour in Toronto, being that it's home turf. |
