Summer's around the corner, and Mayhem Fest is returning this summer for its eighth edition.  A few weeks ago, an ad mat was leaked which revealed the entire lineup, but it turns out that the rumoured lineup is true.  The only difference with the festival this time around is that there's only two stages:  the main stage and the Victory Records stage, as opposed to the previous editions which had three and four stages.

Headlining this summer's edition is SLAYER, and it's their third time playing the festival.  They previously played the 2009 and 2012 editions.  Also headlining this year's carnage will be the king himself.  That's right, KING DIAMOND!  How could you not get excited about that?  Also appearing on the main stage is Hellyeah and The Devil Wears Prada.  The tour will begin on June 26th in San Diego, California and run through August 2nd in Dallas, Texas.  The full lineup is as follows:
