That's right, the band have announced that they have signed a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast Records, and you know what that means, right? Yup, a new album is coming. The band have been working on new material for the past few years, and the album will be coming out in 2018. |
This will be the band's first studio album in 32 years since Beyond The Gates in 1986 and third studio album overall. The last time they released any new music was in 1987 on the Eyes Of Horror EP. There have been EPs and compilations that have come out over the years, but no new original stuff since then. I can definitely speak for a lot of people and say that we're all really looking forward to the return of Possessed. Stay tuned over the coming months for more info on the album.
