Megadeth Announces "Crush The World" Canadian Tour

When it comes to North American tours, you don't really hear about full Canadian tours being announced by the big bands too often.  However, Megadeth have announced a full Canadian tour that will show both major and secondary cities from coast to coast some love.  The tour dubbed Crush The World, will begin on April 28th on the west coast in Abbotsford, BC and run all the way to the east coast in Halifax on May 15th.  Special guests on this tour will be none other than Bullet For My Valentine and Oni.

Dave Mustaine comments on the tour:  "We cannot wait to bring Megadeth's Crush The World tour to the great white north.  I'm still riding high from our sold out Budokan show with Marty Friedman last week, but there's no letting up, and it's your turn Canada.  Get ready!"

It's obviously kind of weird to announce a Canadian tour and not have Toronto on the itinerary, but then again, Toronto and Montreal are usually the two cities that get most of the love on a lot of North American tours that include Canada.  However, it's amazing to see a lot of other cities that don't get a lot of tours coming through like Abbotsford, Kelowna, Moncton and Halifax getting some love.  Tickets and VIP packages go on sale this Thursday, March 9th at 10 AM local time.
