| Blog author: Alex Stojanovic Joey Jordison is one busy guy. After putting Scar The Martyr to rest earlier this month, he has since formed two new bands. One called Vimic a few weeks ago, and now he's formed a band with DragonForce bassist Frederic LeClercq on guitar called Sinsaenum. Fred wanted to re-visit and unearth some death metal songs he wrote back in 1998 but never found the right time or people, until recently. Rounding out the Sinsaenum lineup are vocalists Sean Zatorsky of Daath and Attila Csihar of Mayhem and Sun O))), Stephene Buriez of Loudblast on guitar and Heimoth from Seth on bass. The band's debut album Echoes Of The Tortured will be released on July 29th through Peccatum Records. The first single and music video from the album "Army Of Chaos" can be viewed just to the left, and I'm digging this tune. It's groovy and it's brutal. Stay tuned for more details on the album, including full track listing and cover artwork, all to be revealed in the coming weeks. Until then, crank "Army Of Chaos"! |
