Iron Maiden Announce Canadian Tour Dates

UP THE IRONS BABY!!!!!  Iron Maiden are heading out on the Book Of Souls World Tour next year and have already announced a slew of shows in multiple countries, and today they've announced 4 Canadian shows set to take place in April, and they will be touring in a massive 747 jumbo Ed Force One!

Maiden is one of the bands that I've yet to see live, which is insane.  Missed them the last three times they came through the Toronto area, so I'm NOT going to miss them this time.

Support on the tour will come from The Raven Age, which features Steve Harris' son George.  If you remember in 2008 on the Somewhere Back In Time tour, the opening act on the whole tour was his daughter Lauren and her solo band.  It's pretty cool that Steve's kids have been the opening acts on the recent tours of the band's history. Fellow Canadians, you can see Maiden on the following dates in the following cities.  

Apr 01 - Montreal, QC - Bell Centre
Apr 03 - Toronto, ON - Air Canada Centre
Apr 08 - Edmonton, AB - Rexall Place
Apr 10 - Vancouver, BC - Rogers Arena

Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday, October 16th at 10:00am and the fan club pre-sale begins next Tuesday, October 13th at 10:00am.
