 | Blog author: Alex Stojanovic Wow, what is happening here? It has sadly been announced that Sean Reinert, former drummer of Death and Cynic, has passed away at the age of just 48. No cause of death has been confirmed yet, but all we know is that he was found unresponsive in his California home. This is certainly another big loss for the metal world. Seriously, I think I've read more bad news regarding world events and deaths of musicians and other celebrities in the first 25 days of 2020, than I did in the last six months of 2019. This year did not start off great with the stuff we heard that happened around the world, the passing of Neil Peart, and the other musician and celebrity deaths that were announced. The new year and decade does not seem to be starting out right. We'll see what happens as the year goes along. Our sincerest condolences go out to Sean Reinert's family, friends, bandmates and fans around the world. |
