  | Blog author: Alex Stojanovic Some sad news to report as former Budgie guitarist John Thomas has passed away at the age of 63 yesterday, March 3rd. Yesterday also marked the 4-year anniversary of the death of Ronnie Montrose. The cause of his death is yet to be revealed. John was initially a part of Budgie from 1979 to 1988, playing on the Power Supply (1980), Nightflight (1981) and Deliver Us From Evil (1982) albums, then again from 1995 to 1996, then once again from 1999 to 2002. We send our condolences to John's family, friends and fans. He was a great guitarist. R.I.P John. |
