Blog author: Alex Stojanovic It's a very exciting time in the camp of Swedish metal titans Enforcer, as they are ready to release their fifth studio album titled Zenith on April 26th via Nuclear Blast Records. This will mark four years since the release of the band's last album From Beyond in 2015, and it will also be the band's first album with new guitarist Jonathan Nordwall. The band has stated that Zenith is their most ambitious album to date. Today, the band have premiered the first taste of the new record with the music video for the album's opening track "Die For The Devil", which you can stream down below. Now, if you're expecting a fast opening track, unfortunately that's not the case with this track. It's more mid-tempo, but that old-school metal sound that the band has become known for playing still shines so bright. To be honest, I'm hearing some Scorpions vibes in this track because the chorus kind of reminds me of the chorus in "There's No One Like You". Take a listen and see what you think. |
