Blog author: Alex Stojanovic It's been 13 years since the last album, but Eric Peterson from Testament is finally ready to release the new Dragonlord album Dominion. The last album Black Wings Of Destiny came out in 2005, and since then, Eric's been really busy with Testament as they've released three KILLER new studio albums with Alex Skolnick back on guitar, but in between the hectic touring and recording schedule with Testament, he has been writing the music for Dominion, and it will finally see the light of day on September 21st through Spinefarm Records. The recording lineup for Dominion includes Eric himself on vocals, guitars and bass, Lyle Livingston on orchestrated keys and piano, Alex Bent of Trivium on drums, and Leah on female vocals and choirs. Down below, you can see the cover artwork and the track listing. Dominion track listing: 01. Entrance 02. Dominion 03. Ominous Premonition 04. Lamia 05. Love Of The Damned 06. Northlanders 07. The Discord Of Melkor 08. Serpents Of Fire The album was recorded at Trident Studios and produced by Eric with the help of Juan Urteaga and was mastered by none other than Jens Bogren. Apparently, there's also a Dragonlord comic book series titled The Burner scheduled to be released during this year's Comic-Con in San Diego. The lyric video for the title track is also available down below. It sounds awesome! Check it out down below and you can also pre-order the album and merch now by clicking here. |
