Blog author: Alex Stojanovic As if the spring tour season wasn't awesome and heavy enough already, it's about to get even heavier with this latest announcement. It was just recently that Deicide announced they would be touring North America in the spring, and they have one doozy of a lineup, as Origin, Jungle Rot and The Absence will be joining them for the ride. Of course, like every time, people were wondering where they were going to play. Well, the dates have now been revealed. The tour will begin on May 11th in Austin, Texas and run for three weeks, spanning 18 shows across the U.S. and Canada, before wrapping up on June 1st in New York City. This tour will also mark the band's first tour with new guitarist Chris Cannella, who replaced guitarist Mark English earlier this year, and their first dates in support of their latest album Overtures Of Blasphemy.
