Dark Tranquillity Reveal New Album Title, Artwork and Release Date

One of the many albums being released this year includes the new Dark Tranquillity album, which the band have announced they are more than halfway done recording, and today the band have revealed not one, not two but three major details about the album and those are the album title, release date and the artwork.  The album will be titled Atoma and will be released on November 4th through Century Media Records. Down below is the artwork.  Track listing will be revealed soon.

The band posted a statement about the album:  "That's right! We're more than halfway done with the recording of the upcoming album, and it's shaping up to be a diverse and challenging affair that will feature a lot of different aspects of the D.T. sound.  It's hard to be more specific while still immersed in the creative process, but we're incredibly excited about the material and can't wait to share the results with all of you soon."

Dark Tranquillity will start the Atoma touring cycle with an extensive North American headline run throughout November into December with special guests Swallow The Sun, Enforcer and Starkill.  The tour is set to begin on the album's release date, November 4th in New York City and wrap up on December 7th in Houston.  The dates can be viewed below.
