to do, and we did it. It was a lot of fun. So we're going to do one more album and final tour."
He added: "Once the dust settled after the last tour, we started discussing the idea, because we were getting asked about it all the time. I said to Sharon, 'What's going on? Because if there's no more SABBATH, I want to get on with my own thing again,' and she came back and said, 'Let me look into it.' Three weeks later, I asked her about it again, and she said, 'Oh, I still have to talk to so and so...' and I said 'Sharon, I ain't fucking 21 anymore. If we're going to do it, I want to do it before I'm 70!' Time isn't on our side! So she made the call and came back and said, 'Yeah, the record company wants another album.' I believe Rick Rubin is going to do it with us again."
Even though nothing is written yet, Ozzy stated that the sessions will begin early next year. He added: "It'll be sooner than later. Obviously a lot of it is coming down to Tony's health, he's obviously got his cancer treatment, but we'll get onto it next year. I don't know if we'll be writing in England or L.A, but I'll fly to the fucking moon for it if I have to."
At this point, I don't really care who will drum on the record because it's obvious that Bill Ward is not coming back and people need to move on. I mean, when I first heard about Bill stepping down due to the contractual issues, I was a little upset, but after I heard the album, it was all good.
I also had the pleasure of seeing Sabbath live for the first time back in April of this year and it was absolutely incredible, and would love to hopefully see them once more. Are you excited for one more album and tour from the inventors of our genre?

Here's some exciting news! Black Sabbath have announced that they made plans to enter the studio next year in 2015 to begin work on what will be their final studio album. The band will also be embarking on one final tour in support of the album when released. Also from the looks of it, it looks like Rick Rubin will be handling production duties once again.
According to Ozzy, he told Metal Hammer: "The whole SABBATH experience this time around was great. We all made friends, we didn't fuck around, we all knew that we had a job
