 | Blog author: Alex Stojanovic Jacksonville, Florida's biggest annual rock and metal party, known as Welcome To Rockville, is just around the corner, taking place on May 3rd, 4th and 5th at Metropolitan Park. This year will see the festival hosting its ninth annual edition, and it will see headlining sets from Korn, Evanescence, Rob Zombie, Tool, Judas Priest and Incubus, along with performances from Shinedown, The Cult, Chevelle, Killswitch Engage, Black Label Society, In This Moment, Papa Roach, Meshuggah, Tremonti, Zeal & Ardor, Architects, and Tom Morello, among many others. In the latest news regarding Welcome To Rockville, the festival has announced an on-site collaboration with Metallica's Blackened Whiskey and Enter Night Pilsner. The two alcoholic beverage brands will join forces at the festival, and will feature a Blackened & Enter Night Boilermaker, as well as craft cocktails and Enter Night Pilsner. Regarding the ticket situation, there are still a number of general admission and VIP tickets and camping passes still available for sale here. Weekend VIP tickets, Sunday VIP tickets and hotel packages are now sold out. The festival will kick off with the Welcome To Rockville Official Pre-Party, taking place on May 2nd at the 1904 Music Hall in Jacksonville, and will feature Amigo The Devil, Secret Social Club and a special guest TBA. The doors are at 7:00, and the first 100 Welcome To Rockville single-day ticket or weekend wristband holders will get free admission to the show. |
