The female fronted middle east band known as ZIX are working on their debut album. This is a follow up to their debut EP titled WARWHORE from 2012.
ZIX have wrangled up help from the likes of producer Bart Gabriel (Sacred Steel, Crystal Viper, Jack Starr's Burning Starr). Mixing the album is Mariusz Pietka (Mortician, Sabaton, Lonewolf) at the MP Studio in Poland. The mastering will be conducted by Maor Appelbaum (Rob Halford, Yngwie Malmsteen, Lita Ford).
Surprise guests at album recordings are bound to happen, and Zix cetainly have theirs. Rhino of Manowar will be sitting in on the recording, and Jack Starr will appear on the album as guest guitarist!
