Cosmo Music Store, located in Richmond Hill, has announced the full lineup for its annual Cosmo Music Fest & Expo. Each year, the store puts together an amazing all-day event that includes clinics from world-renowned musicians, food trucks, instrument and gear EXPO, kids zone, community zone, beer garden, prize drawings, and the outdoor Main Stage for an evening mini concert.
This year, the festival will feature Sloan, Finger Eleven, Chilliwack, Terra Lightfoot and the Cosmo Soul Express Band all performing on the Main Stage in the evening. There will also be clinics held by six incredible musicians. Guitar clinics will be given by Andy Wood (Winner of Guitar Center's Guitarmageddon), Andy Timmons (Danger Danger), and Alex Skolnick (Testament). There will also be three legendary drummers giving drum clinics, and those are Omar Hakim (Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Daft Punk, Dire Straits, Journey, Sting, Madonna and Miles Davis), Simon Phillips (Toto, Jeff Beck, Mike OldField, Judas Priest, Tears For Fears and The Who), and if that's not enough...... Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden) will also be there to give a drum clinic? Now, that's a killer lineup with something for everybody, not just fans of just one musical genre. All the clinics will be held in the store's Cosmopolitan Music Hall.
The Cosmo Music Fest & Expo is an all-ages event, that also happens to be FREE of charge for admission. The only thing that requires purchasing tickets for admission are the clinics.
