Kristian Vikernes is now out of police custudy. His wife, Marie Chachet, was released Wednesday night. Officials were unable to find any evidence of a terrorism plot against Kristian Vikerness, or his wife. Officials are bringing Vikernes back to the judicial domain with charges of incitement to racial hatred due to content in writings he has shared via internet social media sites.
Authorities also confirm the 4 rifles obtained by Marie Chachet were legally purchased.
