Black Magik And Other Aphrodisiacs will be released worldwide on the internet via many major streaming platforms as well as on CD thru the bandcamp page.
Anyone who has met Adam Peach (AxMinister, Python) can attest to his voracious appetite for raw, loud, and bass driven melodics and riffs. The album starts with "Repulsive Appetite" which gives us that bassy opening and leads the listener into a maelstrom of guitar, drums and Adam's iconic scream. I knew from that moment on that this album would deliver edgy yet catchy songs filled with nothing but clobbering sound and awaken the dead-like being inside us all. The second album song, but the first featured single, “Feeling Dead” brings us back to the punk flavour that Adam and Ren Thivierg base their songwriting on. It speaks of how it would feel to be dead, like a zombie who walks but is dead. Perhaps it's a reflection of humans who think they are living but are really more like zombies.
Doors & Fours are hitting the road on March 23rd 2019 and winding up on April 27th 2019.

More about the album from Adam Peach:
"Repulsive appetite" is about living the daily grind and having big personal hopes and dreams while constantly feeling like you have to be a slave to a system you don't belong in.
"Feeling Dead" is about 2 people making every stupid excuse not be together even though they're perfect for each other.
"Let's Have A Satanic Orgy" is more of a poke at religion, while also poking fun at what seems to be this big trend of everyone; loving satan and witchcraft all of a sudden these days.
I won't go through all of them but lastly, "Murder, Inc." was written during the investigation of Bruce MacArthur when he was caught for killing those people in the LGBTQ community in Toronto. It's sort of entertaining the idea that was brought up a lot during that time (and still currently) that the police were partially responsible by not warning the community while knowing there was a serial killer targeting the community in that particular area. I believe they recovered 8 bodies from a clients property and I read there is allegedly more murders we don't know about yet. There's so much more to this but it inspired me enough to write about it, although I feel like his name shouldn't be used when describing the story - so this person doesn't get any sort of "fame".
About Doors & Fours:
Doors & Fours spawned as a "protest" against the plethora of extremely overproduced and computerized music coming out of the heavy music scene as of late.
Doors & Fours was created by Adam Peach & René Thivierge while playing in PYTHON (a heavy metal band from Hamilton, ON), in an effort to create raw, catchy, hook-driven songs,
Peach moved from the mundane suburbs of Brampton to the mean streets of Hamilton to live on Thivierge's couch, with the clothes on his back and his guitar. From there, they began writing what would become the first Doors & Fours demo, containing just 3 songs: "Fight Song", "Pass The Time", "Full Go", with Joe Piccolo on drums.
A month later, D4 released their first EP, titled "Skid", containing 5 brand new songs. "Skid" was recorded and produced in just 7 hours in July 2017 - just over 30 days after releasing their demo. Evan Greenaway (PYTHON) played drums on the EP.
Keeping true to the original idea of producing raw, catchy, rock music, D4 produced both the demo and the EP from the house Peach and Thivierge reside at, using basic recording gear and a laptop computer.
In a music scene riddled by computer-generated drums, "DI" guitars, and man-buns, the purpose of Doors & Fours is to bring back a raw, "no-fucks-given", energetic form of rock music that seems to have slipped away.
