Wacken Metal Battle Canada is proud to announce that Krepitus has won the first battle during Wacken Metal Battle Calgary and will now go on to perform at the city final on May 3rd at Lord Nelson's Bar for their chance to compete at the Alberta final on May 23rd at Dicken's Pub and the national final in Toronto on June 7th at the Opera House.

Band submissions for other competing cities Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal are still open untilFriday, Jan 31st. Canadian bands can apply at the following link: http://www.metalbattle.ca/apply.html
