Big Dad Ritch and Bob

I not only had the great fortune to witness a kick-ass performance by the Texas Hippie Coalition in Louisville, KY, but to also sit down and have a talk with Big Dad Ritch following the show. I found Big Dad Ritch to be a gracious and accommodating host who was friendly and made the experience like that of chatting with an old friend. One of my concerns was the obvious absence of Randy Cooper, a Red Dirt Original, from the lineup during THC’s performance. Big Dad Ritch explained that along with a lot of other interesting things about the band and himself as you will hear in the interview.
