Coming to us from Perth, Western Australia, we have Psychonaut and their 2012 release of Shock Em Dead. Where do I start? Well, first the thing is, this is an outstanding album! I love it and everything about it. I could play this album over and over again, and it never tire of it.
Mark De Vattimos is absolutely outstanding on vocals. He can do it all. Guitarists Mark and Mike kill it. They execute HUGE riffs and a plenitude of solos which send chills up my spine. The drums and bass are powerful and pack a punch.

Do you like thrash, death, and some rock? How about some horror and humour? The tracks from Shock Em Dead have all these qualities and the best part is, they do such a great job with each tune. Every track offers its own sound and story, (most of it being humor). Even with each and every song being unique, the track layout is done to perfection. It keeps you moving, it keeps you interested, and entertained! What more could you ask for out of an album. It reaches so many different audiences that I am sure it is going to make an impact.

Shock Em Dead from Psychonaut contains great lyrics and is a great album. Do yourself a favor and check it out, I am sure it won't disappoint.
