Tell us how the band formed, and who or what band or sub genre influences the band?
Band formed in Music Industry Arts at Fanshawe College for an assignment and remained a
band since then. Influences include Lamb of God, Children of Bodom, Skeletonwitch, Arch Enemy,
Death, Cattle Decapitation, and The Black Dahlia Murder.
Who records and produces the bands music?
We all record our own parts, and give input on production decisions.
Is the band releasing, or recently released a new album?
We have our debut EP “Overthrown” that we released last spring and we're currently working on a full
length album.
Are any band members receiving equipment endorsements?
We currently have no endorsements, though getting endorsed by ESP guitars, Sabian cymbals and Pearl
drums would be amazing!!
Any tour announcements to share with the fans?
We'll be doing a mini tour with our friends in Cyphier this August which leads up to Freedom Fest in
the Field in New Brunswick!!
Does your band have a pre show ritual?
Chris Strange: We used to do jumping jacks to get ourselves pumped up and energetic. It was
hilarious. Now we just eat and maybe have a beer.
Favourite show or event played so far?
Chris Strange: Brutal Battle Cuba competition in Oshawa, and our first show (Roxbury) was amazing
too!
Serena Dorton: I'd say our first show at the Roxbury forsure. But playing with the almighty
Skeletonwitch and Beyond Creation was absolutely amazing!!
Favourite band or show you / the band have attended as fans?
Chris Fraser: Motley Crue
Chris Strange: Gigantour (Megadeth, Children of Bodom, In Flames) and also Black Sabbath at
Budweiser Gardens (Serena was at that show too hahaha)
Serena Dorton: I've been to so many shows this is honestly really hard to decide. I'd say Alice
Cooper/Motley Crue and every single time I've seen Cattle Decapitation!
Any last words to share with the fans?
Thankyou all for your continued support, it means a lot to us & we'll have more music coming your
way soon! \m/
