Mark Menghi (Metal Allegiance), Phil Demmel (Vio-Lence / ex-Machine Head), Mike Portnoy (Winery Dogs) and Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth (Overkill) all joined forces last summer for a fun covers project called BPMD, and they just released their debut album American Made on Napalm Records.

The album is a fun collection of American rock classics from the 70s by artists such as Ted Nugent, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Van Halen, Grand Funk Railroad, Lynard Skynard and Blue Oyster Cult just to name a few.

We had the great opportunity to speak to Mark Menghi and Blitz through Zoom.  You can watch the interview below, and let's just say, we had some good laughs.
