Still riding the wave of hype after announcing the return of Adam Gontier back in November and becoming a quintet as a result, releasing the new single "Mayday", and doing some touring with Disturbed this year, Three Days Grace have revealed the news that fans have been waiting for, which are the details regarding their much-anticipated new album, and their first to feature Gontier since Transit Of Venus.

The new album titled Alienation is due to be released on August 22, and down below is the track listing, artwork, and the the second single titled "Apologies".  Compared to "Mayday", it contains a more somber vibe, but it's still very much catchy and epic as expected, and of course, hearing both Adam and Matt Walst together is an absolute pleasure.

The band have a ton of touring planned for this year, including a Canadian co-headline tour with Volbeat, a U.S tour with Breaking Benjamin, and a European tour this fall.

Having celebrated their 20th anniversary over the last couple of years, the Aussie lads in Parkway Drive are also looking towards the future, and that means new music.  Today, the Byron Bay surfer boys of metal released their first new single in three years titled "Sacred", and the video can be seen below.

The near-4-minute track seems like the perfect amalgamation of all Parkway eras from the crushing breakdowns of Horizons/Deep Blue to the anthemic sing-along vibes of Ire/Reverence/Darker Still.  The band will be touring North America this summer on the Summer Of Loud Tour, and then continue their 20th anniversary tour in Europe later this year.

Calling all Bards of North America!  It's time to sing the Bards Song as well as other hyms, because The Guardian, better known as Blind Guardian are making their way back to our shores later in the year to go back in time to celebrate Somewhere Far Beyond and its re-release last year.  The tour will see the band performing Somewhere Far Beyond in its entirety, as well as all the usual fan favourites.  What could be better for all us fans?!

The tour will run for 18 shows, hitting several major markets, beginning November 19 in Ft. Lauderdale and wrap up on December 13 in Los Angeles.  Support on the trek will come from Ensiferum and Seven Kingdoms, making for an epic and memorable night of riffs and sing-along anthems.

Well, that definitely took long enough, but hey, good things come to those who wait!  That being said, Death Angel have released a brand new single, which is also their first taste of new music in six years since the release of Humanicide.  The new single "Wrath (Bring Fire)" is the band's first single for what will be their tenth studio album due out this year, and it can be streamed in the video player below.
