DevilDriver Premiere New Song "Daybreak"

Well it's been quite a while since we heard new music from DevilDriver, but that's all changed now as the band have premiered a new song from their upcoming album Trust No One, which is out May 13th via Napalm Records. The track is called "Daybreak" and is available for streaming down below.

This album marks the first album with new drummer Austin D'Amond, formerly of Chimaira, who replaced John Boecklin and new guitarist Neal Tiemann who replaced Jeff Kendrick.

DevilDriver hit the road with Hatebreed starting May 13th in Cleveland through June 11th in New Haven, Connecticut.

Tremonti Premieres Lyric Video For Title Track of New Album

At the end of next month, Tremonti will release their new album Dust and the lyric video for the title track is available now. It's a very melodic track with soaring vocals and riffs giving a huge ballad feel. You can stream the track below.

Dust is the continuation of the last album Cauterize, containing the second batch of songs recorded during the sessions for that album. You don't really see too many bands releasing a new album less than a year after the release of the previous album today, unless the new album is a continuation of the previous album.

Destruction Premiere Lyric Video For New Song

Don't you love it when internet trolls and haters get owned? Well that's exactly what the new Destruction song aims to do. The track is titled "Second To None" and is the first full track to be heard from the band's new album Under Attack, which will be released on May 13th via Nuclear Blast Records.

The lyrics in the song tackle the issues of cyber-bullying and internet hatred, and how cyber-bullying has caused many people to take their own lives. Schmier says about the song: "The lyric video of 'Second To None' explains itself. The problem with all the hate on the 'Net is getting more and more present and meanwhile it also has certainly affected our music scene."

The ending sees the band paying tribute to the late Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake & Palmer, who recently died from suicide due to cyber-bullying.

Slayer Premiere Music Video For "You Against You"

Were you a fan of Slayer's video for "Repentless"? Then there's no doubt that you'll love the new music video for "You Against You". It's just as violent and as gory as "Repentless".

Serving as the prequel to "Repentless", the video once again stars actor Jason Trost (the dude with the eyepatch) and shows the events that got him landed in prison, taking place a week before the prison riot, as it says in the video.

Amon Amarth Post New Music Video

Next week on the 25th, the much-anticipated new Amon Amarth record Jomsviking will be released, and the band's have released a new music video for the track "At Dawn's First Light" today. The video can be streamed down below.

The video shows the band playing in the midst of a battle between knights and village people and Johan Hegg sings with an arrow in his side.

Amon Amarth will start off the Jomsviking cycle with a few record release shows in Europe, followed by an extensive North American headline trek with support from Entombed A.D. and Exmortus beginning on April 7th in San Diego.

Guitarist/vocalist Pat Travers and legendary drummer Carmine Appice, of the mighty Vanilla Fudge and formerly with Rod Stewart’s band, have joined forces a number of times over the years, and the end result has never been anything less than outstanding. When these two giants of classic rock meet, sparks fly, the earth shakes, and the audience definitely gets ROCKED! Killswitch Engage Post New Song

With Killswitch Engage's new record Incarnate dropping tomorrow, the band is giving the fans a new track each day this week before the release. After releasing "Alone I Stand", "Just Let Go" and "Embrace The Journey...Upraised" earlier this week, today's song is "Quiet Distress", which can be streamed down below.

I think all that can be said about this song is it sounds like Killswitch Engage, but it does feature a pretty nice acoustic intro and nice chunky riffs. There will most likely be one more song released tomorrow when the record drops. Be sure to pick up the record tomorrow.
