Over the last two years since 2013, Wacken Metal Battle Canada has seen Canada's top metal bands battle each other for one to rule them all and perform at the world's largest metal festival Wacken Open Air in Wacken, Germany. Toronto's Crimson Shadows (2013 winners) and Montreal's Mutank (2014 winners - video at Wacken) have had that honour, playing in front of thousands. Now with Wacken Metal Battle Canada's 2015 submissions set to open on November 20th, 2014 till January 6th, 2015, WMBC is also proud to announce its expansion to Ottawa, Quebec City, Saskatoon and Winnipeg to join Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal as the official battle grounds.
