Very 'Eavy Festival goes out with a bang !!
The Very 'Eavy Festival in Stadskanaal, the Netherlands, has become a household name for many in the area and beyond. Lovers of Old School Hard Rock and Heavy Metal are coming for six years, every April, from near and far to Stadskanaal.
Organizer Hugo Koch manages to create a great line-up every year, but he notes that over the years it's getting difficult, the bands that he likes to see himself and are affordable for his festival, now all have been given acte de presence.
This started out as a hobby, but now requires so much energy and time, Hugo Koch decided that the Festival this year, on 21 and 22 April, will be the last edition.
"The seventh edition of the Very 'Eavy Festival, has got to be a winner. With names like "Holocaust", "Warrior", "Stranger", "Tokyo Blade", "BlackSlash", "Overruled", "Night Demon", "Witch Cross", "Lovell's Blade", "Hitten", "Vardis" and headliner the British "Angel Witch" we go out with a huge bang." according to Hugo Koch.
With only less than 80 tickets left, the festival seems to have become a success indeed. For more information and pre-sale tickets, á € 35, click here.
